What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, check, and cash (American Express is not accepted at this time) Payment is required at the time of service

Do I have to pay for several months or a large lump sum before starting Go Figure?

Go Figure is a “pay as you go” program. You pay your initial start up fee at the time of your first appointment and pay weekly thereafter.

Do you take Insurance?

We do not accept insurance or bill insurance companies for payment. Some insurance plans reimburse for weight management services, however plans vary so please call your specific insurance company for verification. We are medically supervised so may clients are able to use their flex benefits Visa or MasterCard logo card in our office.

Do I have to exercise?

Exercise is not mandatory or required to participate in the program. We encourage physical activity but exercise is not required to see success and weight loss in the program.

What if I exercise already?

You are able to continue your normal exercise routine without having to give up the exercise plan you love.

What if I am a picky eater?

It’s Okay! You control the foods you purchase so therefore you control what you eat. You will not be told you have to eat anything you do no like.

I am a vegetarian, can I still participate in the program?

Vegetarians most certainly can participate in the program and see the same results as non vegetarians. There is quite a variety of vegetarian protein options to choose from in the grocery store, and many vegetarians find they can continue to enjoy their favorite items.

What if I live out of town or can’t come weekly due to my schedule?

We are flexible and able to work with almost everyone. Your initial appointment and your appointment with our physician are mandatory. After the start of the program we are able to accommodate most schedules.

What are the age restrictions at Go Figure?

Anyone 12-70 in good physical health are eligible to participate. Please call us for more information regarding children under the age of 18.

What if I don’t want to take the FDA approved prescription appetite suppressant?

Those that do not with to take the prescription medication follow a non-medicinal and natural program. This consists of a natural appetite suppressant and supplements. The requirements for beginning the program are the same as the requirements for those taking prescription medication.

I am afraid of needles! Do I have to get the vitamin injections to participate in the program?

Vitamin injections are encouraged, but not mandatory. Talk to one of our highly trained staff for more information and alternatives.
